Our personal, family and work schedules are often so hectic that it is close to impossible to come to educational and prayer events and meetings at the Church. It is thus extremely important to have good resources to use at home to help us grow and stay close to God and each other.
Fr. Thomas Reese, SJ, says that by far the most important thing a Catholic can do to grow spiritually is to review the Scripture readings for Sunday before arriving for mass. As good as our lectors are here at Redeemer, it is sometimes hard to understand the message presented, and sometimes the readings are even downright confusing!
